Tuesday Lunchtime

Tuesday Lunchtime began in 2012 as a small group of people who worked in the city getting together for a Lenten study pre-Easter.  When Easter came, the group asked “Can we  keep doing this?“, and so they have…

The ‘flavour’ of the group’s study tends to be theologically  ‘liberal’, while recognising the limitations of such labels.  Most recently the group spent time looking at Alain de Botton’s book Religion for Atheists, which has offered much lively conversation on faith, atheism and modern society!

The group meets in a room above the Wesley Church office in Melville St (between Elizabeth and Murray Streets) from 12.30-1.30 on Alternate Tuesdays.  For more information, including dates, please call any of the church offices listed on our contact page.
